The Dorset wide service which offers support, advice and therapies based on a self help approach to both Young People and Adults with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome/ MyeloEncephalopathy (CFS / ME). The team provides diagnosis, assessment, treatment and review for patients with mild/moderate or severe CFS/ME.
